haa design’s latest Venture

The latest addition to the West of Scotland Science Park, the Venture Building, has been awarded a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.Designed by haa design for Speyroc Ltd the office pavilion is situated amongst a clutch of science and technology related companies, designed to appeal to hi tech occupiers and is expected to be ready for occupation in Autumn 2010.
Increasingly clients are demanding sustainable business space, a commodity the Science Park has been keen to provide in a nothing ventured, nothing gained philosophy.
Buro Happold were sustainability consultant on the project with Arup acting as engineer.
