Urban Splash in conjunction with Irvine Bay Regeneration Company has announced that it will hold a public consultation for the redevelopment of Irvine Harbour,

Influenced by traditional Scottish Harbour towns the two organisations have been collaborating closely over the past year to develop proposals for up to 350 homes, new public space, retail, offices and a hotel.

Feedback from a public exhibition held in the Spring has informed the consultation and Splash are confident of submitting a full planning application toward the end of the Summer.
