The Germans are coming

German housebuilder WeberHaus has launched a showhome in the Highland village of Kincraig in a bid to showcase their distinct brand of low carbon homes to clients, developers, architects and other industry players.Teaming up with James Denholm Partnership, Bracewell Stirling and Precision Design the company have created both traditional and contemporary designs that are exclusive to the Scottish market.
By utilising off-site manufacturing techniques greater control over quality can be effected and with features such as thermally efficient closed timber panels, windows and doors pre-installed in shell panels and erection on a standard foundation slab each home can be made wind and watertight in just four days.
