Springfield Properties brought the house down at the recent Scottish Homes Awards after scoring a hat trick of wins with Apartment of the Year, House of the Year and Conversion of the Year.

The Home of the Year award went to Springfield’s Newton Highland design at The Paddock in Alness.  

Occupying a tree lined plot close to Alness town centre and within easy commute of Inverness, the four bedroom home sports extensive wood cladding and features designed to capture the character of a traditional Highland home.
