Dualchas find their own dear green place
April 20 2009
Dualchas opened their Templeton’s headquarters in style at the weekend by staging a true highland Ceildh at Glasgow Green, replete with a team of Skye based musicians flown down especially for the occasion.Located directly below the West Brewery, some might say the perfect location for an architectural practice, the five man Hebridean team made full use of the available facilities to announce their arrival in tandem with much quaffing of Glasgow’s finest locally brewed beers.
Keen to strike a positive chord in the depths of recession Dualchas see this as a great time for expansion setting themselves up in earnest for an eventual upturn and expanding their potential market to many millions more available customers.
Already the team have secured work on a variety of schemes including domestic projects in Milngavie, Ayrshire and Isle of Bute, a Winery and office in Lanark and several extension/renovation projects in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Dualchas’s move follows the recent expansion of Structural Engineer David Narro Associates into the west coast market, taking premises on nearby James Morrison Street.
