Infill build to deliver 17 affordable Drumry homes

West Dunbartonshire Council has shared plans for a modest council housing project in Drumry.

Working with CCG and Oliver & Robb Architects, the local authority has earmarked the site of a former daycare centre on Queen Mary Avenue for 17 cottage flats and terraced houses.

The 0.038ha brownfield site will host four blocks of accommodation and 21 replacement trees within communal gardens with bench seating to encourage social interaction.

A central parking courtyard will provide space for 22 vehicles.

Access will be routed off Queen Mary Avenue
