Historic Jordanhill student residences turned into apartments

The latest development at Jordanhill Park has been launched with the refurbishment of historic former student residences as apartments.

Graham House on School Place has been converted to provide 20 apartments and duplexes by CALA Homes as part of a larger housing development at the former college site.

Standing next to the B-listed David Stow building the apartments range from one to three bedrooms and facing newly built terraced housing as part of the 7N Architects masterplan.

Sales and marketing director Suzanne McElhiney, commented: "We’ve experienced remarkable success at Jordanhill Park so far, especially with the award-winning David Stow building, due to the fact it has been fully restored and beautifully updated to provide high specification homes which are fit for contemporary, 21st century living."

Combining modern interiors behind a preserved facade the building will host an open day this weekend.
