Morrison Community Care and CCG have successfully navigated a third care home through planning with approval for a new project in South Queensferry.

The client and contractor pairing is delivering a series of care homes across the country to keep pace with demand, most recently at Anniesland and Linlithgow, with the latest earmarked for a broader residential development.

Set to commence within a matter of months the 60-bedroom facility will offer residents a wealth of on-site facilities as well as 24-7 care and dementia services.

Morrison Community Care Group representative Paul Sokhi, said: “Forming part of a major, mixed-use masterplan, the development further cements our growth ambitions and our commitment to provide elderly people in the east with the very highest standard of residential care accommodation."

The team are already on-site with care homes in Perth and Livingston with a third in Penicuik set to break ground imminently. Holmes Miller, Cowal Design, Design Me, and CRGP all formed part of the project team for South Queensferry.
