What must be done to guarantee access to talent at home and abroad for the original growth business?

The issue was brought to prominence in a blog post by Felicity Steers of erz who branded the recruitment situation ‘shameful’, decrying an existential crisis brought about by Brexit, study costs, visa restrictions and a bias towards STEM subjects which threatens to deplete the pool of available talent for a generation. Picking up the cudgel for our landscape edition Urban Realm is taking the lie of the land at a point of political inflection point to see whether change is coming any time soon.
