Private Estate House

This is a privately owned, listed estate house, originally built in the late 18th century and modified several times over the years. Our design refurbishes and modernises the building to bring it to a standard suitable for a modern family home. Recent extensions were modernised and dealt with by careful alteration while the historic parts were brought back to their original detail. The client had a large involvement throughout the process with the design being informed by them at every stage
