2010
Private dwelling located within site of client's former residence. House located alonside the A96 at the entrance to Banff from the west with magnificent views to the west and north. The client asked for a new house to take full advantage of its location. Because of the site's exposure, no garden areas were required, only external terraces overlooking the views of Banff Bay.
