£20m city centre student build tops out

Graham Construction have staged a topping out ceremony for a £20.2m student housing development in Glasgow city centre.Located on a prominent junction the Bath Street build rises to 14 floors, delivering 330 single-occupancy student rooms in addition to ground floor retail and basement storage.
A south facing roof terrace will help differentiate the accommodation on offer from a spate of competitor schemes with individual studio’s incorporating a bathroom ‘pod’ and kitchenette.
Completion of the Church Lukas designed scheme is anticipated by August.

Wow, those uppers floors are practically invisible already!!
