Muse confirm Marischal Square façade composition
September 3 2015
Muse Developments have belatedly made an 11th hour decision on the façade composition of their Marischal Square project, Aberdeen, ending months of confusion over the issue.Confirming to the BBC that two thirds of the exterior elevations will be composed of glass, with the remainder granite, the developer will now prepare a formal submission detailing the precise finish and materials.
This is despite the fact that Morgan Sindall began work on the £107m mixed use scheme back in April.
Ordinarily such specifics are ironed out in advance of construction work taking place but Muse were granted special dispensation to proceed with preparatory works.

Personally I would not have included the turrets, but apart from that it looks fine.

Yeh I think that horrible old building gets in the way. Best just demolish it and avoid the clunky juxtaposition all together.
