October 8 2013
A £15m headquarters office building for Technip Subsea has been completed by Robertson Group at Westhill, Aberdeen. The project incorporates 60,000sq/ft of office space for 1,200 workers and incorporates its own restaurant, café and gym.
Bill Morrice, managing director of Technip’s UK operating centre, said: “People are central to Technip’s success and the investment in a new purpose-built site reinforces the Company’s long-term connection of over 40 years with Westhill and its commitment to the North Sea market.
“Over the years we have increased site capacity and this further development will allow us to accommodate much of our personnel in one campus within Enterprise Drive, while also improving the facilities available."
The scheme has been designed by TCD Architects with Ramsay and Chalmers acting as structural engineers.
