Archial UK acquired by Ingenium Group

Archial has announced that the Ingenium Group, a provider of “integrated consulting, design build and p[artnership solutions from a single source provider,” has purchased the majority of the UK business and assets of Archial from administrators PriceWaterhousecoopers.Archial is one of Britain’s largest practices with around 300 employees and will henceforth be known as Ingenium Archial Ltd whilst operating under the name of Archial and Alsop Sparch.
Ingenium president and CEO said “We have been seeking a UK company to form the regional base for our international work and are delighted that Archial will serve to realise that goal for our company.”
Archial’s CEO, Christopher Littlemore, added “We believe that this transaction promises a bright future. By combining forces with the Ingenium Group, we join a global company that shares our passion and expertise in both design and project management.”

good luck archial, i worked under the ingenium group umbrella for a company in canada... (hope you don't have to change the way that jobs are run in big teams just to get in line with the company policy, no matter how unsecure, slow and outdated it is!)
