Novotel's latest 4 star business hotel, including 170 bedrooms, restaurant and bar, 240 capacity banqueting and conferencing facilities, gym and pool all located adjacent to Edinburgh Park. The hotel promises to be the most energy efficient in the Novotel estate with a 72 borehole ground source heating and cooling array, superinsulation that limits heat loss to half that allowed in the building regulations and energy efficient systems employed throughout the hotel.
